About Bec.

Bec is a clinical psychologist and AHPRA board-approved supervisor.

Bec has a particular interest in working with children, adolescents and their families, as well as with psychology registrars and registered psychologists.

Bec aims to create a safe space where her clients feel seen, heard and valued. Her approach is warm, playful, curious, collaborative and strengths-based.

Bec uses a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, mindfulness, and biofeedback.
